How to measure

1	Chest	Measure just under the arms and across shoulder blades, holding tape firm and level.
2	Waist	Measure around your natural waistline.
3	Seat	Measure around the fullest point of the seat while standing.
4	Sleeve Length	With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from the centre back neck, over the point of the shoulder, down the outside of the arm to the wrist.
5	Shirt Length	Length of Shirt
6	In seam	Measure from the inside leg from the crotch to the ankle on a person or on a pair of trousers.
7	Length	Measure from the waist down. (Trouser length)
